Sergio Hruszko joined Atkinson Law to lead its post-conviction practice in May 2026. Prior to joining Atkinson Law, he practiced post-conviction law for a boutique Connecticut post-conviction firm for 3 1/2 years.

Sergio’s experience in post-conviction work makes him especially sharp at spotting nuanced legal errors that can rescue hopeless cases. He also transfers that experience to criminal defense where he zealously works to give you the best representation possible.

Attorney Hruszko is a dedicated Brazilian jiujitsu practitioner, a diehard Red Sox fan, and a WWE fanatic.
